It was supposed to be a thought experiment.
No animals were harmed. No fluffy kitten
Lay in a box, waiting to be poisoned
In the name of physics. Not really
But people can be cruel and stupid;
The experiment is famous enough
That someone, somewhere, might have tried
To poison a cat in the name of physics.
A real schroedinger’s cat exists
And also does not exist. Google could tell me
But I do t want to open up that box;
I prefer to remain uncertain.
